Wednesday
It’s been a while due to vacation, fatigue due to jet lag, going to a buddy’s cabin, recharging from recharging my batteries. I’m better now, thanks for asking.

When I was doing C&P ladder’s I was having a strange pain in my left delt. I’ve decided to put those aside for a while and focus on TGU’s until I can see an expert (I have an appointment with my trainer in about a month.)

Deadlifts
225 lbs 15 x 1

SSB Box Squats and TGU
Rotating set between the two.

Squats
245 lbs; 5 x 5

TGU’s
16kg 3 x 3/3
20kg 3 x 3/3
