There is a lot I would like to accomplish strength wise by the time I am sixty:
Simple & Sinister; Simple: 100 swings in 5 minutes with 32 kg & 10 TGU's w/32kg in 10 min.
Rite of Passage: Press the 48 kg and 200 snatches in 10 minutes with 24 kg
Simple & Sinister; Sinister: 100 swings in 5 minutes with 48 kg & 10 TGU's w/48 kg in 10 min.
Return of the Kettlebell: Press 48 kg/48 kg & LCCJ 32 kg/32 kg x 25 reps
Maybe even a good showing or two at a tactical strength challenge. So dead lifts and pull-ups are in my training future too.
I am not (currently) interested in barbell squats, pistols, and some of the other exotic body weight stuff.
I would also like to incorporate some sandbag work, original strength work, and perhaps some rucking.
